Margo Schneier, Gucci PR Director, owes her happily-ever-after to a friend's swipe on a dating app, leading to a first date with Mike Lukach at Union Square Café. Two years later, Mike proposed on his birthday, marking the start of a wedding planning journey at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, defying superstition with a Friday the 13th celebration.

Fashion took centerstage, but the moment Margo tried on her Monique Lhuillier dress, she knew her search was over. Instead of buying a new veil, she opted to borrow her lifelong friend, Brigitte’s, veil. Several of their friends have borrowed it, making it “the sisterhood of the traveling veil.” Of course, the groom was tailored to perfection in a black tuxedo and classic Gucci smoking slippers.

The outdoor ceremony became unforgettable with Margo’s brother officiating and heartfelt readings from both families.

Their Stone Barns menu, seasonal and personalized, delighted guests, and their dessert spread was a hit! Not only did they have ice cream sandwiches, but they also had a Pittsburgh tradition - the cookie table. Captured by Judy Pak and Nick Collingwood on film, their wedding was a fusion of elegance and warmth.
